James Weagley, M.D.

James Weagley, M.D. was born and raised in Rochester, N.Y., where he attended his local high school and local university— St. John Fisher College. Dr. Weagley graduated college in three years with summa cum laude honors. He then attended Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C.

In 1985, upon completion of medical school, he furthered his training at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York for his internship and residency. Dr. Weagley completed his family practice training in late 1989 with the U. S. Air Force, at Los Angeles Air Force Station, LAX.

Subsequently, Dr. Weagley moved to Santa Clarita and started a private practice in 1990. In 1992, Dr. Weagley joined The Doctors’ Office where he has been a partner and practiced for the past 19 years.

Dr. Weagley is a single, proud father of one young son. Spending time raising his child is the most joyful and rewarding part of his life. His hobbies include participating and watching all sports. He is especially interested in distance running. In March, 2012, Dr. Weagley successfully completed the Los Angeles Marathon. In June, 2012, he set a personal record of 3:46 in the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon. Dr. Weagley is also interested in computers, chess and photography.

Dr. Weagley plans to continue practicing medicine as long as there is a demand for his services and he has the abilities to practice quality medicine. Hopefully, this will be for a long, long time.
